-This was Bryan’s version of a romantic kiss…..lol 🙂
First wedding of my season. And this one did not disappoint:) Krystal and Sean had tons of great details included in their wedding and they are both firefighters. Therefore we made a stop at their fire department to get a few fun shots. I also really enjoyed photographing their little princess Maddie! Krystal & Sean-Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your special day 🙂 Enjoy!
I have to preface this post with an apology. These pictures are majorly out of order but wordpress.com switched something around and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve been so excited about them. This was my first December wedding. And Christmas is two days away and I wanted Shannon and Michael to be able to share their preview with their families. Anyway, with that being said this was an amazingly beautiful winter wedding. Being that it was a December wedding we were hoping for some snow but since we didn’t get snow we were lucky that it wasn’t terribly cold. Shannon has an amazing eye for detail and we had so much fun with her and Michael. And her dress was fabulous!!! I even took a picture of the tag in her dress because how often do I get to photograph a Vera Wang dress and a size 0 at that 🙂 I was lucky enough to have the talented Rachel Lusky helping me, many of the shots below were captured by her. I photographed Shannon’s maid of honor’s wedding, Gail, a few years ago and it was great to see her again as well 🙂 Okay I will stop blabbing and get on to the pictures! Shannon & Michael-it felt like a dream photographing your wedding! It was an honor and a privilege. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed capturing them. xoxo

Who would have guessed we would have such a lovely weather day in mid-November? Not me but it turned great. And the day went very smooth and Linsay included so many amazing details. I was a little nervous that it was going to be totally dark between the wedding and reception but I think the images still turned out great! Linsay and I have had many conversations this year planning her wedding and I have to say we have gotten to know each other pretty well and we will be staying in touch! The order on these is a little crazy but I can’t fix it for some reason and I know Linsay is excited so I just had to post as is! Linsay & Brad-It was an honor to capture your special day! Love you two! Enjoy!
Who would have guessed the weather would be nicer in November than September? Eve & Michael’s wedding day was on November 3rd and it was a great one. The weather was gorgeous and we even got to do first look pictures! I was also lucky enough to have Danielle Hartland assisting me 🙂 Eve picked a lovely peacock theme and tons and tons of cookies! Anyway on to the good stuff! Eve & Michael- it was an honor to capture your amazing day 🙂 Enjoy!!
I promise after seeing these pictures you will never see a more unique and gorgeous bouquet. I of course couldn’t recognize or name any of the flowers but they were amazing! We had a great day and Joelle left us with plenty
of time in between to capture some great shots. The only downside of the day was the weather, it rained almost the entire time! But we made the best of it and had to switch our itinerary around to the walkway at the Sheraton and the Taphouse. I think every one thoroughly enjoyed the Taphouse and we got some unique shots. Their reception was in the large ballroom at the Marriott Ambassador and it did not disappoint. And their cake was fab too! Anyway on to the pictures! Joelle & Eric- I had an amazing time capturing your special day and I wish you two tons of happiness!!!
If I had to pick a few descriptive words or phrases about this wedding it would be super fun bridal party, beautiful purples, sweetest bride, and super duper cold and windy!!! Raina & Ben had a lovely reception at the Sunset Inn which is one of my favorite places to go. The food is delish! Even though the weather was rough we were fortunate enough to get a few shots at Dobbins landing and there was a Coast Guard ship docked there which made the images extra special 🙂 Raina & Ben- It was an honor to be a part of your special day and I wish you all the happiness in the world. Enjoy!
I was privileged to spend several hours with Miss Vaida Harper. She is just the cutest! They are lucky I didn’t hide her in my camera bag :)It took three sessions and one of the last pictures we took was the first picture below. I would say it was well worth it:) Her mom Rachelle and I decided that we were meant to be friends since we got to spend so much time together:) Rachelle & Derrick-thanks for welcoming me in your home and allowing me to capture Vaida’s first portraits. Enjoy!
Don’t ya love a dressed up couple? As much fun as I have with my jeans clad couples I was eager to photograph some dressed up peeps. And I knew just the couple that would be into it. Meghan & Jason did not disappoint. They even let me take them to the library! Anyone who really knows me knows how much I adore books. The shot just showing their shoes was inspired by a picture on a blog post that I seen on my favorite blogger’s site called yourhomebasedmom. If you are looking for fab and easy food ideas this is the place to visit. Love her! The picture I was inspired by was taken by Tara B. Photography whose work I just adore. Especially her family portraits they are amazing. Anyway back to Meghan & Jason they are such a sweet couple, have two adorable boys, and they even went to elementary school together! So we had to make a stop there. Thanks guys for the lovely morning and I can’t wait till your May wedding next year. Enjoy!
